Saddness For my Friend

Sad, heard a news from my friend, yea, my best friend. Her mother and aunt passed away from an accident. I feel sooo sorry for her, but I can't do anything, as I am here, and she is there, far far far away.
Even if I will be there, will I able to help, or would I able to offer her support anyway? Probably not too much ... help!
